Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the outskirts. Nosing reveals scents of lime, green apple and lemon followed by talc and mineral end notes. On the palate pristine lime, green apple and citrus flavours show good intensity with notions of talc and mineral ensuing. Dry finish with crisp acidity and a long aftertaste of lime, green apple, citrus, talc and mineral.
