A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Top notes of tropical fruits, nectarines, grapefruit and citrus merge into some herbaceous grassy characters. Very dry and refreshing, flavours of grapefruit, green apple and citrus sit over some grassy characters, fresh herb infusions and light mineral. Dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of grapefruit, green apple, some herbaceous grassy characters and citrusy mineral infusions.
