Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime, passionfruit and green apple are followed by some light herbaceous end notes. Flavours of passionfruit and green apples dominate the palate over a back drop of citrus and subtle herbaceous infusions. Dry finish with a rounded mouthfeel and crisp acidity.
