Bright straw colour with shades of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pronounced ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb aromas mix with some toasty oak and hints of crème brulee. Rich, full and creamy, the heavily textured palate is filled with ripe peach, honeycomb and toasty oak flavours followed by some light butterscotch and spice. Balanced acidity rounds out the finish nicely with a long, rich, mouthfilling aftertaste.
