Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Ripe red apple aromas intermix with some lychees and rosewater like notes followed by spicy quince and hints of citrus. Light but nicely textured the palate has subtle lychee and red apple flavours over a background of subtle dried nuts and spicy herbs. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of subtle lychees, spicy red apples, dried nuts and light dried herb infusions.
