Dark red in colour with tinges of black to the edges and a red to brick red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and plum have an earthy like overlay with game, dried herb and spice notes also evident. Supplely textured spicy dark cherry and plum flavours overlay notions of anise, dried herbs and earthy game characters. Finishes with a lick of bright acidity. Polished tannins with a savoury aftertaste.
