Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lemon and lime aromas intermix with granny smith apple, wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Tightly built with a restrained steely feel the palate possesses lime and lemon flavours infused with wet steel over some green apple and mineral characters. Dry austere finish with crisp sculptured acidity. Excellent concentration and length with a long aftertaste of lemon, lime, green apple, wet steel and mineral.
Cellar 8-10 years.
Alc. 11.5%

Other Reviews….
Bone dry, this superb single vineyard wine from the remote Porongurup subregion of the Great Southern is restrained with precise nashi, grapefruit and gentle floral aromas. On the admirably persistent palate, there is a fine vein of laser like acidity running through the wine and you just know this will reward at least another 5-10 years cellaring. Drink by 2026.
