Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Pronounced ripe dark raspberry and liquorice aromas overlay vanillin oak, traces of earth and spice. Ripe dark raspberry and liquorice flavours have a fleshy feel with earthy vanillin oak and spice kicking in on the back palate. Slightly chewy tannins with an aftertaste of spicy dark raspberries, ripe cherries, liquorice, vanillin oak and earth.
