Brilliant water like colour with a light tinge of green around the edges. Nosing evokes strong aromatics of lime and citrus over some green apple, infusions of orange and slatey mineral notes. Light, elegant and minerally; lime, citrus and green apple flavours are to the fore over a back drop of slatey mineral. Linear, almost steely like mouthfeel. Dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of lime, citrus, green apple and slatey mineral. A dry, delicately flavoured Riesling with a linear feel.
