Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge around the outskirts. Aromas of fresh limes and green apples combine with some lemon, wet steel and talc notes. The palate possesses excellent flavour intensity with a core of lemon and lime dominate over subtle orange rind infusions and citrusy mineral. Crunchy acid finish with a long mouth watering aftertaste of lime, lemon, subtle orange rind and mineral.
