Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Intense lime and citrus notes dominate the nose with orange rind, talc and mineral also present. Concentrated flavours of lemon and lime abound followed by subtle orange infusions, green apple and chalky talc characters finishing with mouth watering acidity.
