A multi regional blend with fruit sourced from the Clare Valley and Tasmania regions. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime juice and green apple top notes overlay hints of lemon butter and spice. Zesty lime and crunchy green flavours dominate the palate interspersed by a steely spine and infusions of lemon and flinty mineral. Dry steely finish with crunchy acidity. Excellent intensity with a long fresh lime, green apple, lemon and steely mineral aftertaste.
