Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Plummy liquorice scents intermix with Morello cherries, lightly scorched vanillin cedar, fennel and spice. Medium to full bodied with a plush mouthfeel the palate is decorated with rich plum and liquorice flavours which sit over smoky fennel like characters and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Good power with a lush plum, liquorice, smoky fennel, vanillin cedar and spice finish.
