Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts. Intense lime and citrus aromas burst out of the glass followed by spicy orange rind, talc and mineral. More forthcoming than the Polish Hill the palate dishes up a concentrated flavour profile with lime and citrus the dominate force over orange rind, subtle talc infusions and a dry stony mineral finish. Fresh crunchy acidity with a very long aftertaste of lime, citrus, subtle talc and stony mineral. Certified Organic.
