$623.88 Dozen
Cellar: 8 - 10 Years (2024-2026)
ABV: 12.7%

Brilliant greenish tinged water like colour with a watery hue. The nose has an understated intensity that unravels with lemon, lime and green apple scents blossoming from the glass over a back drop of steely mineral notes. The palate possesses excellent power and concentration but shows more austerity than the Springvale with tightly coiled flavours of lemon, lime juice and crunchy green apple wrapped around a steely spine with an ensuing flinty minerality. Very dry finish with a racy mouthfeel and punchy acidity. Exceptional length with a very long lasting aftertaste of lemon, lime juice, granny smith apple and steely mineral.
Cellar 8-10 years.
Alc 12.7%

Other Reviews....
As always, made using free-run juice, and fermented with a neutral cultured yeast, placing all the focus on the expression of variety and place. The bouquet is gloriously floral with sweet lemon blossom aromas, the palate with diamond-cut purity and clarity. Natural acidity is part of the DNA of this classic wine, underlining its spring day freshness. Drink by 2037
