2016 Good Catholic Girl Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a very dark red hue. Aromas of cassis and liquorice mix with some mint, earthy vanillin cedar and spice notes. Very heavy across the palate, rich sweetly fruited blackcurrant, black plum and liquorice flavours have a lush feel over an earth, old vanillin cedar and spicy black olive back drop. Finishes with a burst of heat. Ripe sturdy tannins with a slightly chewy medium length aftertaste.
