2016 Glaetzer Dixon Uberblanc Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe red apples, lime and poached pears are laced with honeysuckle and spice. Off dry and texturally quite full the palate dishes up red apple and pear flavours intermixed with honeysuckle and spicy musk infusions. Some refreshing citrus follows on the finish. Well balanced acidity with a long ripe red apple, pear, honeysuckle, musk infusions and spicy citrus aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
