Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red to brick red hue. Very fragrant the nose features violet, ripe cherry and strawberry aromas which are overlaid by some emerging nail polish like notes. Subtle spicy cedar and dried herb notes ensue. Light to medium bodied with a very supple, rounded mouthfeel the palate has flavours of ripe cherries, subtle anise and strawberries infused with dried herbs finishing with a dash of spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of spicy ripe cherries, strawberries, dried herbs and spicy cedar.
