Brilliant very pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Ripe red apple and pear aromas intermixed with honeysuckle are followed by subtle quince and spice. The palate is like biting into a juicy red apple with pear, honeysuckle, citrus and spice also present. Clean dry finish with vibrant fresh acidity. Aftertaste of ripe red apple, pear, honeysuckle and spice.
