2016 Geoff Merrill Jacko’s Shiraz

Pitch black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Pronounced ripe dark plum and liquorice scents intermingle with vanillin oak, dark chocolate, earth and spice. Rich, ripe and plump the full bodied palate sports opulently textured spicy dark plum and liquorice fruits over a vanillin oak and earthy dark chocolate back drop. Velvet smooth tannins with a fleshy and generously flavoured mid length finish.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
