Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges. Nosing reveals herbaceous grassy characters mixed in with some citrus, faint passionfruit, asparagus and subtle spicy pencil shaving end notes. Refreshing flavours of citrus and ripe gooseberries race across the palate with underlying herbaceous grassy characters and spicy asparagus. Nicely textured with a clean dry finish and lively acidity. Aftertaste of citrus, herbaceous grassy characters and spicy asparagus.
