2016 Five Geese Old Vine Indian File Grenache

Opaque purple red core with black tinged edges and a bright purple red hue. The nose expels aromas of ripe blueberries and plums followed by a hint of liquorice, subtle earth and spice. Juicy blueberry and plum flavours are dominate with inky earth, vanillin cedar and spicy dried herb nuances also apparent. Finishes with a youthful freshness and slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of spicy blueberries, plums, inky earth, vanillin cedar and subtle dried herb infusions.
