Half of this wine was fermented in concrete and the other half in small barrels, then aged on lees for 6 months. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a greenish tinge around the edges. Aromas of apricot and peach with a light honeysuckle overlay are followed by some toast and spice. Rich, ripe apricot and peach flavours laced with honeysuckle sit over some citrusy nougat and spice. Nicely textured mouthfeel finishing fresh and dry. Vibrant acidity with a ripe apricot, peach, honeysuckle and spice aftertaste.
