Brilliant water like appearance with a faint glimmer of green around the edges. The nose features aromas of lime, pear and delicate notes of orange subtlety infused with fresh herbs. Quite fullish in the mouth texturally yet simultaneously light and fresh, flavours of lime, pear and subtle mango have good intensity. Some flinty mineral elements make an appearance on the crisp dry finish. Good depth with a tasty and vibrant conclusion.
