2016 Dominic Limited Release Shiraz

Dense black colour with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced aniseed top notes meld into black cherry and dark plum scents with lightly toasted vanillin oak, black olive and pepper also evident. Rich and plush in its feel, generous liquorice blackberry and dark plum fruits swamp the mouth with an undercurrent of vanillin oak, scorched earth and spicy pepper. Velvet like tannins have a sturdy underbelly. Excellent power with a long lavishly textured aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
