Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Heady black cherry and liquorice aromas morph into scorched earth, old leather and spice. The mid weighted palate still manages to carry an ample level of freshness with black cherry and liquorice flavours intermixing with earthy leather, old cedar and spice elements. Chewy tannins with the tertiary elements of old earthy cedar and leather lingering on the aftertaste.
