Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Delicate ripe pear and red apple aromas intermingle with some honeysuckle and spice. Light and fresh with flavours of pear and ripe red apple to the fore the palate bares closer resemblance to a Pinot Grigio rather than Pinot Gris. Some musk and quince are also present. Finishes dry with lively acidity. Aftertaste of pears, apples and quince.
