Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and red apple aromas intermixed with honeysuckle are followed by traces of quince and spicy end notes. Possessing good body weight and plenty of spice the palate dishes up generous flavours of spicy ripe pears and baked apples overlaying honeysuckle infusions with a dry spicy finish. Good richness with a fullish textural feel. Medium to long aftertaste of spicy ripe pears, red apples and honeysuckle.
