Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Aromas of lime, green apple and lemon infused with wet steel are followed by some mineral. Backed by a spine of steely acidity the palate features racy flavours of lime, citrus and green apple infused with flinty mineral characters. Excellent intensity. Dry crunchy acid finish with a long lime, green apple, citrus, wet steel and flinty mineral aftertaste.
