2016 Coriole Sparta Shiraz

Inky black colour with a very deep bright dark red black hue. Aromas of liquorice and blackberry are overlaid by smoky cedar, inky spice, black olives and blackpepper. Full bodied with a lush, expansive feel, the rich mid palate is awash with black cherry, liquorice and blackberry flavours all infused with blackpepper over smoky vanillin cedar and spicy black olive. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins. Long pepper infused finish of ripe black cherries, liquorice, smoky vanillin cedar, black olive and spicy dried meats. Filled with lashings of red and black fruits, this pepper infused McLaren Vale Shiraz is an absolute beauty.
