2016 Coriole Sangiovese

Very deep dark red black tinged colour with a bright dark red hue. Red and sour cherry top notes intermingle with some earth, dried herbs and spice. Possessing excellent generosity and plenty of spice the palate has savoury flavours of ripe dark cherries, red cherries and traces of sour cherries melding into some earth and spice. Rustic mouthfeel with a dryish finish, bright acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Medium to long spicy dark and red cherry, earth and faint dried herb aftertaste.
