2016 Colab and Bloom Tempranillo

Deep dark red colour with a slight tinge of black to the edges and a dark red hue. Exhibiting subtle ripe dark cherry and liquorice aromas, notes of herbs, earth and spice are also present. Medium bodied the palate has juicy dark to black cherry and dark plum flavours laced with liquorice over some earthy leather and spicy herb nuances. Finishes spicy with a lick of bright acidity. Fine grained tannins with a savoury aftertaste of spicy ripe to black cherries, liquorice, subtle earthy herbs and vanillin cedar.
Delicious drinking over the next 3-4 years.
