2016 Colab and Bloom Barossa Shiraz

Totally opaque black red core with a vibrant dark red hue. A fragrantly scented nose dispels aromas of crushed dark berries, fresh ripe plums, liquorice and a hint of choc mint over vanillin cedar. The medium weighted palate has a youthful inky richness to it with lots of juicy, vibrant purple fruits holding sway over a back drop of subtlety toasted vanillin cedar and spice. Slightly dryish finish with finely grained tannins and bright acidity. Aftertaste of freshly crushed berries, plum, liquorice, vanillin cedar, light earth and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
