Opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Nosing reveals scents of liquorice and dried clove followed by some meatiness, subtle vanillin cedar and pepper. Light to medium bodied with a very elegant feel the palate possesses flavours of liquorice and ripe red berry fruits over vanillin cedar and spicy pepper. Bright dry finish with finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe cherries, liquorice, vanillin cedar, subtle clove and pepper.
