Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lime and citrus aromas overlay some orange rind, talc and mineral. Crunchy lime and citrus flavours dominate the palate with infusions of orange rind and talc also present over a dry chalky mineral finish. Tangy acidity provides a tight racy structure. Long lime, citrus, orange rind, talc and chalky mineral aftertaste.
