2016 Chateau Les Paruades Bordeaux Superieur

A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and black olive meld with cigar box, dusty earth and spicy dried herb notes. The medium to full bodied palate features rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits over dusty vanillin cedar, earthy tobacco, black olive and spicy dried herb characters. Firm, grainy tannin structure concluding with a ripe medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
