Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Intense lime and delicately honeyed lemon top notes are followed by crunchy apple and wet steel. The mouth is filled with lime, citrus and subtle orange flavours over wet steel infusions and mineral. Dry finish with brisk snappy acidity. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, crunchy apple and steely mineral infusions.
