Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Lifted tropical fruit and green apple aromas are overlaid by fresh asparagus and herbaceous grassy notes. Showing good intensity the palate dishes up spicy tropical fruit and citrus flavours which meld into grassy asparagus like characters, spicy herbs and capsicum. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of tropical fruits, citrus, grassy asparagus characters, green capsicum and spicy herbs.
