Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lemon, pear and subtle dried honey are followed by some waxy notes. Light in body with an elegant feel the palate has lemony dried honey, melon and pear flavours over subtle mineral characters. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and an aftertaste of citrusy dried honey, melon, fresh pear and light mineral.
