Brilliant water like colour with the faintest of greenish tinges around the outskirts. Pronounced aromas of passionfruit, green apple and lime zest overlay some herbaceous grassy characters and a hint of mineral. Juicy passionfruit flavours fill the palate with limes and green apples also present over subtle grassy infusions on the crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of passionfruit, limes, green apple and some light herbaceous characters.
