Bright water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges. Lifted floral notes are accompanied by lime, citrus and green apple scents with faint mineral end notes. On the palate lime, citrus and green apple flavours are to the fore over a slatey mineral background. Nicely textured with a rounded pebble stone like feel. Finishes dry and crisp with an aftertaste of lime, citrus, green apple and slatey mineral.
