2016 Catlin The Harvester Shiraz

Matured in French oak. Midnight black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced liquorice led scents intermingle with black cherry, toasty vanillin oak, earthy black olive characters and blackpepper. Rich black cherry, liquorice and blackberry flavours along with firm ripe tannins form a muscular core. Vanillin oak, scorched earth, black olive and blackpepper characters chime in on the back half. Good depth with a robust and chewy finish.
