Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Zesty lime and citrus aromas intermingle with green apple, slate and mineral. Light and steely the palate has flavours of lemon and freshly squeezed lime over a background of wet steel and mineral. Very dry finish with crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of lemon, lime, subtle granny smith apple and steely mineral.
