Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Fruity lychee and spicy quince top notes are followed by ripe pear and hints of musk. Light, dry and minerally the palate is delicately flavoured with lychee, quince and spicy pears. Dry finish with fresh acidity and an aftertaste of lychee, quince, pears and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
