Blended with a splash of Grenache and matured in older oak barrels for 16 months. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries, liquorice and dark plums are followed by spicy vanillin cedar. Medium bodied with fleshy dark cherry and plum fruits sitting over some liquorice, vanillin cedar and spice. Soft fine grained tannins concluding with an aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, nuances of dark chocolate, liquorice and vanillin cedar.
