A 95/5% blend, wild yeast co-fermented with 15% whole bunches in a Potter fermenter and open vats, matured for 12 months in used French and American oak. Very good colour; very intense and complex from the word go, reflecting the whole bunch/whole berry/co-fermented viognier, with exotic aromas and a splendidly textured and structured palate.
