2016 Battle of Bosworth Pinot Noir

Certified Organic. Very deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and plum are followed by some anise, light earth and spicy cedar. Light to medium weight the palate has a combination of Morello and dried cherry flavours with some plum also evident over earthy old cedar and spicy dried herbs. Finishes quite dry with slightly chalky tannins and bright acidity. Lacks length and has a modest aftertaste of Morello and dried cherries, plum, old earthy cedar and dried herbs.
