A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Petit Verdot. Totally opaque dark purple black colour with a bright dark purple hue. The nose exhibits cassis and ripe blueberry aromas over hints of liquorice, violets, vanillin cedar and dusty earth. Very youthful inky blackberry and blackcurrant flavours combine with liquorice over a backdrop of earth and spicy vanillin cedar. Dry finish with chalky tannins and bright acidity. Aftertaste of inky blackcurrant, blackberry, vanillin cedar, earth and spice.
