Totally opaque black as night core with a deep dark red black hue. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant laced with bay leaf and cedary tobacco characters are trailed by light black olive and spicy dried herb notes. Medium to full bodied, generous blackcurrant flavours are underpinned by cedary tobacco characters, black olive, infusions of bay leaf and spice. Slightly dryish, finely grained tannins provide a solid framework. Medium to long aftertaste.
