Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and peach intermix with some bees wax characters which are followed by cashew and nougat. Light waxy texture with flavours of nectarines and poached pears mingling with bees wax characters over lemon butter and cashew. Clean dry finish with bright acidity. Aftertaste of nectarines, bees wax, lemon butter and cashew.
